Telehealth is an effective and accessible option to receive healthcare services remotely. The security and privacy of your health information is maintained through encryption of all information on the telehealth platform, and compliance with government standards.


Telehealth appointments are ideal for ANYONE who can’t make it into the clinic for their appointments. This list could include, but is not limited to:

  • New parents trying to juggle newborn's schedules with life
  • Snowbirds travelling south for the winter
  • Athletes training/competing abroad
  • Someone living in a remote community with no local clinic to attend
  • Students heading home for the holidays/summer
  • Bad weather/transportation issues

During your telehealth assessment, your healthcare professional will interview you to get a better understanding of your health concern and relevant medical history. Following this discussion, if appropriate to your particular concern, they will ask you to perform a series of movements to further determine the nature of your injury/condition, and then develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

  • Space to move as necessary (depending on your appointment type)
